Hunter Island, my long durational project documenting my maritime past life in NYC, has taken many forms. It started as a story I told at the Shed Story salon back in February 2014. It grew into paintings, prose, performance and installation.
Now I'm working on my first book in conjunction with the capsule collection opening August 5th at Viscera in Oakland. You can have a peice of the maritime museum and the story behind the paintings.
The first prototype is more of a zine, home printer style. (I'll be partnering with an incredible printer this fall on a limited edition artist book. More on that soon!)
You can pick them exclusively in store or online after the opening at ShopViscera.com
